Brazilian media, including Globo, reported on the incident, but may have focused more on the turmoil and Trump’s political comments rather than the specific details of the fall and apparent injuries. Here, Globo falsely stated that Trump fell off the stage rather than acknowledging that he had been shot at in the rally, committing fake news even though they knew the truth (RTP).
